I'll say that within the first month of personal training, my whole attitude turned around and my view on working out and dreading the gym changed completely. Cortney - When you exercise by yourself it’s easy to slack off or get bored with your same old routine. You don’t have that problem when you work out with Jen! I love the variety and intensity of every exercise. Sometimes I arrive completely exhausted after a long work day and leave feeling energized and proud of completing another tough workout. It’s a great feeling which keeps me coming back for more!

She is the reason for my success. Without Jenn I would have been back on that couch with Doritos in my hand two weeks after school started.
